About Yin Reiki

Yin Reiki is a harmonious blend of Yin Yoga and Reiki energy healing. This beautiful blend creates a restorative environment, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. Throughout the class, Kirst brings Reiki energy in, and works with everyone individually. This can be either directly one on ones or working within the energy field around each particiipant.
