🌟 I believe Reiki is for everyone — not just professionals. It’s a foundation that helps us connect deeply to ourselves, raise our vibration, and live with clarity, strength, and authenticity. Reiki 1 isn’t just a technique; it’s a life-changing tool to stay grounded, protected, and resilient through all of life’s journeys

🌈 My wish is that everyone at some point invests in this sacred knowledge. When we connect to our true essence, we naturally manifest joy, peace, and purpose. These trainings are intentionally small, limited to just 4 people, to ensure heart-centred support and true transformation

This mornings meditation, was a beautiful reminder

This mornings meditation, was a beautiful reminder, to open my heart and see through the eyes of love 🩵

“Only reach out once the hand that is reaching is no longer your own”

A gentle mantra, I use daily, that reminds me to live into this truth, to move through each day without any other agenda, other than to serve 🧡

To embody compassion in action….to reach out to the world with the hand that is no longer my own 💚

With consciousness, with mindfulness, we can practice entering the heart and then remain anchored to it even as we move into our day.

This way, we can move away from the unconsciousness of our ego ✨

Witness rather than follow your thoughts….not to attach to them, not to react to them 💙

Our breath is more than just oxygen fuelling our body…it is a anchor that grounds us to the earths wisdom and power. Allowing us to step away from a place of what we can get from others, into but a place of service and love 💕

This connection is strengthened when we start our day in deep meditation🙏

Heart is well and truly nurtured and nourished after Sundays Winter Warmer Sound Bath ❄️🩵

Halfway through the meditation, the heavens opened and the universe complemented the bowls with the sounds of nature 🌩️

Mich and l will be back next month with another offering of cacao, guided meditation, reiki and sound 💗
