Welcome my friend, I am glad you have found yourself here.    As l headed into my “40” era, l felt a strong call to create a tranquil  space  where people could come to  be  nourished, loved and supported, not just physically..but mentally and spiritually as well.  Over the years l have had the honour of seeing the transformation in those who have reconnect to their inner wisdom, empowerment and strength through alignment of  body, mind and spirit.

I know first hand the  importance of releasing the negative energies that surround us and feel honoured to be in a position to  support those ready to take a different pathway. A journey towards  a life filled with joy and abundance.

I have always been a healer. For over 20 years, l worked as a nurse both here in Australia and overseas. During that time l juggled the emotional rollercoaster called life and whilst caring for my three children, one dog, one cat, three chickens and a husband, l reached a point where there was more darkness than light in my days.   On top of that, l was  unknowingly navigating my way through 2 major traumas. A diagnosis of post natal depression came as a relief but didn’t stop the feelings of being  broken and alone inside.            

 l began my holistic journey to health and wellbeing in 2017.  Finding forgiveness in myself and in others, reconnecting with my inner child, going deep into meditation and setting clear and solid boundaries turned those darkest days into my greatest strengths. The following brought abundance, love and mindfulness into my life: Energy healing through Intuitive Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Spiritual Life Coaching, Guided Meditation, Tarot Reading and House Cleansing and l am committed to my mission which is to share these modalities with the you and anyone else who is ready and willing to raise their vibration in this world.
