Bringing Healing Energy to Sydney’s North Shore

I have made it my life purpose to share healing energy with the wider community. Growing a deeper sense of understanding and appreciation along the way.

Why do l do what l do? Over the years, like many mothers before me, l have struggled with the juggles of working, raising kids, cultivating positive friendships and surrounding myself with the right people. Throw in some pretty major life changing events and welcome depression. It is humbling to look back on this time now and to see how l dug myself out from a place filled with hatred, lack of self confidence, addiction, to be sitting here, in my office where l have built, created, fostered a holistic practise on Sydney’s North Shore.

I reached out for help and without knowing the universe was hard at work connecting me with the people who were exactly what l needed at exactly the right time. Fast forward and l can see all the little signs and gifts l was given from the Universe to get me to where l am today.

And so, it is that simple. After healing myself, l felt inspired to share the teachings, modalities, resources that helped me to climb the emotional scale to the highest of heights. I became aware of my healing abilities, gifts l have had since childhood but that over time l have pushed to one side due to them not conforming my demographic. Age is a wonderful thing, and l knew this time around l couldn’t keep my gifts to myself.

When l speak about what l do, l am filled with such joy and love. My clients transformations are their own doing. The small part l play is an honour. With every small change we make each day we bring about an even greater change over time.
